Tell us about your school.

No form sequence, no sales development, no calendar widget. A message reaches the people who build the product, and a person replies.

A first message that gets a useful answer

Three things decide most of the reply. Include them and the answer can be specific rather than a request for more information.

  1. The school, in one line. Its size, its country and the curriculum it runs. That single line decides most of the answer.

  2. What the term currently costs you. The spreadsheet, the report only one person can produce, the corrections that go missing. A sentence about the pain is worth more than a list of requirements.

  3. When you would want to start. Before a term begins is dramatically easier than mid-term, so the date changes the answer more than anything else in the message.

What happens next

A person replies, usually within two working days, with either an answer or a time to talk. There is no sequence of follow-up emails and no trial account created on your behalf.

The school in one line, what the term currently costs you, and when you would want to start.

This form opens your mail client with the message addressed to asheesoftworks@gmail.com. Nothing is sent from this page.

Before you write

What a message can and cannot settle.

A message is a good way to ask whether the product fits your year. It is not a support channel, and it does not create an account.

Fitting your year

Whether a three-term calendar, a semester calendar or something unusual can be stated in the product, and what setup would need from you.

The trial and the programme

What the thirty-day trial includes, and whether the pioneer programme is a better starting point for your school.

What is not built yet

A timetable, parent messaging, fees, a parent portal. If one of those is a prerequisite, the answer may simply be that this is early.
